Kevin has been with WOSV since its inception in 2003 and has been working in the AV industry since 1998. His considerable experience and down-to-earth demeanor make him the go-to guy for hundreds of East Bay Area clients. When he’s not building theaters, Kevin likes to take his boat onto the glassine surface of Lake Tahoe, or his rifle into the deer-rich mountain forests.
Yo’el is the resident computer guru at WOSV and runs the backend systems as well as provides technical assistance to current clients. He also acts as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries. Yo’el spends his off-hours playing with foreign languages and applied philosophy.
Carlos has been working in the AV industry since 2011 and his efficient teamwork, and eye for quality, makes him our first response for equipment installation and pre-wire. Before working at WOSV, Carlos spent his days as a cook and sometimes he brings those skills to light for the office.

Russ leads many of our installs, and for good reason. He has been in the AV industry since 2003 and his familiarity with electrical and alarm allow him to plan and execute installations and troubleshoots with great precision. Russ takes his vacations visiting family in Hawaii; soaking in ocean spray and warm sunshine.

Chris has been officially part of the AV industry since 2005 but has been tinkering with audio gear since he was a child. His easy-going attitude and significant depth of knowledge make him a favorite of many of our clients. When he’s not helping people with their dream homes, Chris is upgrading his own home system.

We are currently interviewing for one full-time lead technician. Offering TOP pay for TOP level techs.
Our requirements are the following:
- 5+ years experience in the Home Theater and automation industry. (Field installation of satellite dishes and cable boxes is not a qualifier).
- Experience with RTI, Universal Remote Control, or Control4.
- Experience with networking.
- Experience with whole-home distributed audio/video systems.
- Must work well unsupervised, have attention to detail, function well on a team, have great customer service, and exhibit initiative.
