What can't we monitor?

Quality of audio/video (a connected audio video distribution system or media player may show as online but the audio or video may still be experiencing issues).

Different apps or services within connected network devices (i.e. Netflix not working or Pandora producing an error message within a functioning Apple TV or Sonos player).

Toasters, wicker baskets, toilets, major home appliances (yet), pets, kids, plant life or threats from zombies.

Bronze

Our Bronze Plan offers 24/7 basic systems support. Our helpdesk can correct many issues remotely, but if they cannot, our team will contact you on the next business day to coordinate a response.

Silver

Everything in our Bronze Plan, plus 24/7 system monitoring that remotely communicates errors to our helpdesk. Often, before you ever notice a systems issue, it’s resolved. Perfect for larger homes with rooms that aren’t used daily

Gold

Everything in our Silver Plan, plus discounted, quarterly on-site maintenance visits. An annual 5% discount on product replacements, maxed out at 25% is available. Labor is not eligible for the discount.

Platinum

Everything in our Gold Plan, plus same-day response (excluding weekends and holidays) for calls received prior to 5 p.m.

Diamond

Everything in our Platinum Plan, plus same-day response any day of the year for calls received prior to 4 p.m. You’ll also receive loaner equipment for extended-service repairs.
